The invention discloses a method for automatically testing the accidental movement distance of an elevator, which comprises a terminal, a traction machine and an elevator control system, and comprises the following steps of: starting a test by the terminal; a brake model is reminded to be input; the elevator automatically runs to the second top floor; automatically mapping test parameters; the elevator automatically runs upwards at the testing speed, and the running distance S1 when the testing speed is reached is automatically recorded; suddenly stopping the elevator until the elevator is completely stopped; descending to a leveling position at a correction speed, and automatically recording a correction operation distance S2; the accidental movement distance of the lift car is calculated according to the formula: S2-S1; and comparing with the standard, generating, uploading and storing a test report, and ending the test. Distance detection equipment does not need to be configured, the whole process is completed by an elevator control system, the test burden is relieved, the skill requirement is lowered, the detection efficiency is improved, and the method has the advantages of being convenient to test and low in personnel ability requirement.

    本发明公开了一种电梯意外移动距离自动测试方法,包括终端、曳引机和电梯控制系统,步骤为:终端启动测试;提醒输入制动器型号;电梯自动运行至次顶层;自动映射测试参数;电梯自动以测试速度向上运行,自动记录达到测试速度时的运行距离S1;电梯急停直至完全停止;以校正速度下行至平层位置,自动记录校正运行距离S2;计算轿厢意外移动距离=S2‑S1;与标准进行对比,生成并上传存储测试报告,测试结束。本发明无需配置距离检测设备,全程由电梯控制系统完成,减轻测试负担,降低技能要求,提高检测效率,具有测试方便且对人员能力要求低的优点。
