The invention provides a marine engine room overall assembly method. The marine engine room overall assembly method comprises the steps that an engine room is divided into n segments according to layers, and the n segments are recorded as the first segment, the second segment,..., the (n-1) th segment and the nth segment; mounting hangers on the (n-1) th section and the nth section, and hoisting the nth section to the (n-1) th section for total assembly after leveling the (n-1) th section on the basis of the (n-1) th section; mounting a hanger on the (n-2) th section, leveling the (n-2) th section by taking the (n-2) th section as a reference, hoisting the nth section and an integral body after (n-1) th assembly to the (n-2) th section for assembly after the nth section and the (n-1) th assembly, and so on until the second section to the nth section are assembled into an integral body; and based on the bottom outline of the first section, marking on the ground to arrange a jig frame, installing a hanger on the first section, placing the first section on the jig frame to be leveled, and hoisting the whole formed by assembling the second section to the nth section to the first section to be assembled. The method can reduce the operation risk and improve the operation efficiency.

    本发明提供一种船舶机舱棚总组方法包括:将机舱棚按层划分成n个分段,分别记为第一分段、第二分段、……、第n‑1分段和第n分段;在第n‑1分段和第n分段上安装吊码,以第n‑1分段为基准并对第n‑1分段调平后,将第n分段吊装至第n‑1分段进行总组;同时在第n‑2分段上安装吊码,以第n‑2分段为基准并对第n‑2分段调平,待第n分段和第n‑1总组后将第n分段和第n‑1总组后的整体吊装至第n‑2分段进行总组,依此类推,直至将第二分段至第n分段总组为整体;基于第一分段的底部轮廓在地面上划线布置胎架,在第一分段上安装吊码并将第一分段放置在胎架上进行调平,再将第二分段至第n分段总组后的整体吊装至第一分段进行总组。上述方法能够降低作业风险,提高作业效率。
