Through the cooperation of saline water in the saline water tank and the saline water cooler, the fishes can be quickly pre-cooled; transferring the fish into a dry cabin, and further cooling the fish to a second temperature by a main cooling device of the dry cabin; by means of the structure, fish can be rapidly cooled and stored, and the fish freezing storage requirement of a ship with a large catching amount is met.
