The invention provides an electric vehicle overload detection method and system, a readable storage medium and an electric vehicle, and the electric vehicle overload detection method comprises the steps: obtaining the whole vehicle state of the vehicle and a signal of a six-axis acceleration sensor, and obtaining the whole vehicle estimated weight; a vehicle weight correction coefficient is calculated, and the corrected whole vehicle weight is output; when the mass of the whole vehicle exceeds a first early warning value of weight alarm but does not reach a second early warning value, an alarm mark is prompted, a yellow indicator light is turned on, and an alarm signal is uploaded to a background monitor; and when the mass of the whole vehicle exceeds the weight alarm second early warning value, a serious alarm mark is prompted, a red indicator light is turned on, and a serious alarm signal is uploaded to the background for monitoring. The system solves the problem that system detection and feedback are difficult to realize when the electric vehicle is overloaded, judges whether the vehicle is overloaded or not through vehicle weight estimation, and has the advantages of simple structure, low cost and wide applicability. And meanwhile, the overload detection result is timely alarmed to the driver and background monitoring, and background monitoring personnel can timely manage the overload driver.

    本发明提供了一种电动车辆超载检测方法、系统、可读存储介质及电动车辆,其中,所述电动车辆超载检测方法包括:获取所述车辆的整车状态与六轴加速度传感器的信号,并得到整车估算重量;计算车重修正系数,输出修正后的整车重量;当整车质量超过重量报警第一预警值,但是未达到第二预警值时,提示报警标志和亮起黄色指示灯,并将报警信号上传到后台监控;当整车质量超过重量报警第二预警值时,提示严重报警标志并亮起红色指示灯,并将严重报警信号上传到后台监控。本发明解决了电动车辆超载难以实现系统检测和反馈的问题,通过车重估算判断车辆是否超载,具有结构简单、成本低、适用性广泛的优点。同时本发明将超载检测结果及时发出警报给驾驶员和后台监控,后台监控人员可以及时对超载驾驶员进行管理。
