The invention discloses a battery charging current control method, device and equipment and an extended-range vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: detecting that the extended-range vehicle enters an energy recovery state in a driving power generation process; comparing a difference value between the current battery charging current and the current battery charging current limit value; if the difference value between the current battery charging current and the current battery charging current limit value is smaller than a first preset current deviation value, the rotating speed of a range extending motor is controlled to be reduced to be lower than a first preset value; and if the difference value between the current battery charging current and the current battery charging current limit value is smaller than a second preset current deviation value, the torque of the driving motor is controlled to be reduced to be lower than a second preset value. According to the embodiment of the invention, the rotating speed of the range-extending motor is controlled and the torque of the driving motor is controlled by utilizing the characteristic of fast control response of the motor, so that the actual generated power of the range extender can be adjusted to the required generated power more quickly, and the charging current of the battery is prevented from exceeding the limit.

    本发明公开了一种电池充电电流的控制方法、装置、设备及增程车辆,方法包括:检测到行车发电过程中,增程车辆进入能量回收状态;比较当前电池充电电流与当前电池充电电流限值的差值;若当前电池充电电流与当前电池充电电流限值的差值小于第一预设电流偏差值,则控制增程电机的转速减小到低于第一预设值;若当前电池充电电流与当前电池充电电流限值的差值小于第二预设电流偏差值,则控制驱动电机的扭矩减小到低于第二预设值。本发明实施例利用电机控制响应快的特点对增程电机进行转速控制,对驱动电机进行扭矩控制,可以使增程器的实际发电功率更快地调整为需求发电功率,避免电池充电电流超限。
