The invention provides a control system and method for energy recovery of an electric wide-body vehicle. The control system is mainly composed of a vehicle control unit (VCU), a resistance controller, a brake resistor, an all-in-one controller, a driving motor, a high-voltage box, a power battery and the like. When the electric wide-body vehicle goes downhill with heavy load, the energy recovery principle is that the potential energy of the whole vehicle is converted into electric energy to charge the power battery. The current generated when the driving motor reversely drags and brakes the electric buffer is larger along with the increase of the gradient and the freight distance, according to an energy recovery strategy, the current generated by the electric buffer passes through an all-in-one controller, and a part of the current is distributed to a high-voltage box by a vehicle control unit (VCU) according to set conditions to charge a power battery; and the other part of current is distributed to a brake resistor, and a resistor controller controls the heating power of the resistor and the heat dissipation of a fan, so that part of return charging current is consumed.

    本发明提供一种电动宽体车能量回收的控制系统及方法,主要由整车控制器VCU、电阻控制器、制动电阻、多合一控制器、驱动电机、高压盒、动力电池等组成。当电动宽体车重载下坡时,能量回收原理为整车势能转换成电能并给动力电池充电。随坡度和运距增加,驱动电机反拖制动电缓行产生的电流越大,根据能量回收策略,电缓行产生的电流经过多合一控制器,由整车控制器VCU根据设定条件分配一部分电流至高压盒给动力电池充电;另一部分电流分配至制动电阻,由电阻控制器控制电阻发热功率及风机散热,由此消耗部分回充电流。
