After parking package information is generated according to parking demands and parking space idle states, the parking income of a single income increasing user subscribing to a parking package is firstly counted, the total parking income and the total reference value of all income increasing users in the current month are counted, and then the total income increasing parking income is calculated, so that the profit score of a target parking lot after the implementation of substitute operation is efficiently calculated; income is increased; and customer loss is avoided.
