The invention discloses a light buffering and energy-absorbing wall plate suitable for a water surface aircraft and a preparation method. The light buffering and energy-absorbing wall plate comprises a wall plate framework formed by vertically staggering a plurality of bulkhead assemblies and a plurality of T-shaped stringers, and a sandwich skin covering the outer side of the framework; the bulkhead assembly and the T-shaped stringer are positioned and connected through a stringer connecting piece and an opening groove in the bulkhead assembly; the bottom ends of the bulkhead assembly and the T-shaped stringer are pre-buried between the upper panel and the lower panel of the sandwich skin; and the space between the sandwich skin and the T-shaped stringer, the space between the sandwich skin and the bottom end of the bulkhead assembly, the space between the bulkhead assembly and the T-shaped stringer and the space between the stringer connecting piece and the T-shaped stringer are filled with resin adhesive films, and the resin adhesive films are co-cured and formed at a time through a hot pressing process. Through the structural form of the sandwich skin and the pre-buried T-shaped stringer, absorption of out-of-plane impact energy caused by water impact under the working condition of water entry impact is achieved, the service life is prolonged, and the cost is saved.

    本发明一种适用于水面飞行器的轻质缓冲吸能壁板及制备方法,包括若干隔框组件和若干T型长桁垂直交错而成的壁板骨架、及包覆于骨架外侧的夹芯蒙皮;所述隔框组件和T型长桁之间通过长桁连接件、隔框组件上的开口槽定位连接;所述隔框组件和T型长桁的底端均预埋于夹芯蒙皮上、下面板之间;所述夹芯蒙皮与T型长桁之间、夹芯蒙皮与隔框组件底端之间、隔框组件与T型长桁之间、长桁连接件与T型长桁之间均填充树脂胶膜并通过热压工艺一次共固化成型。本发明过夹芯蒙皮和预埋“T”型长桁的结构形式实现在入水冲击工况下对水体冲击带来的面外冲击能量的吸收,提高使用寿命,节约成本。
