The invention provides a wheel polygon vehicle-mounted quantitative diagnosis method based on a frequency response function, and belongs to the technical field of rail transit, and the method comprises the steps: firstly, filtering out the influence of steel rail roughness through comb filtering, leaving a purer wheel polygon response component, then considering and correcting the influence of a structure intrinsic mode through a frequency response function, and finally, carrying out the on-vehicle quantitative diagnosis of the wheel polygon. Therefore, the polygon order and the roughness level are quantitatively diagnosed according to the axle box vibration signal. According to the method, the problem that misjudgment between the wheel and the rail is easily caused during diagnosis due to the fact that the wheel and rail roughness vibration components are mixed together in axle box vibration response is solved, and the problem that quantitative evaluation of the wheel roughness is difficult in a vehicle-mounted wheel polygon detection method is solved.

    本发明提供了一种基于频响函数的车轮多边形车载定量诊断方法,属于轨道交通技术领域,该方法首先利用梳状滤波滤除钢轨粗糙度的影响,留下更“纯”的车轮多边形响应成分,后利用频率响应函数考虑并修正了结构固有模态的影响,从而由轴箱振动信号定量诊断多边形阶次和粗糙级。本发明解决了针对轴箱振动响应中车轮与轨道粗糙度振动成分混合在一起,导致诊断时容易导致轮与轨之间误判的问题,以及针对车载车轮多边形检测方法中,车轮粗糙度定量评估困难的问题。
