The invention discloses a rule-based vehicle weight estimation method. The method comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring parameters such as vehicle speed, accelerator pedal opening and wheel torque; s2, judging whether a vehicle weight estimation enabling condition is met or not, if yes, executing the step S3, and if not, executing the step S9; s3, calculating and recording an initial vehicle speed v0; s4, judging whether a vehicle weight estimation enabling condition is met or not, if yes, repeating the step, and if not, executing the step S5; and S5, timing is stopped, and the ending vehicle speed v1 is recorded. According to the method, stable and accurate vehicle weight estimation is achieved by calculating the average value of the acceleration, the driving force and the running resistance within the specific time, adaptive adjustment is conducted on the accelerator pedal Map, the energy recovery torque and the gearbox gear shifting line control strategy through the obtained vehicle weight estimation value, the fuel economy and the energy recovery efficiency are improved, and vehicle energy consumption is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于规则的车重估算方法,包括以下步骤:步骤S1,获取车速、加速踏板开度、轮扭矩等参数;步骤S2,判断车重估算使能条件是否满足,若是则进行步骤S3,若否则进行步骤S9;步骤S3,计算并记录初始车速v0;步骤S4,判断车重估算使能条件是否满足,若是则重复此步骤,若否则进行步骤S5;步骤S5,停止计时并记录结束车速v1。本发明通过计算特定时间内加速度和驱动力、行驶阻力的平均值,实现的稳定而较为精确的车重估算,利用获取的车重估算值,对油门踏板Map,能量回收扭矩,变速箱换挡线控制策略做适应性调整,提升燃油经济性和能量回收效率,降低车辆能耗。
