The invention provides a torque control method, a torque control device and a torque control system of a vehicle. The torque control method comprises the steps that in response to a gear shifting assistance request of a vehicle, the total torque of the whole vehicle before gear shifting of the vehicle is determined; and under the condition that it is judged that the maximum limiting torque of the gear shifting assistance motor in the vehicle is larger than the total torque of the whole vehicle before gear shifting of the vehicle, the torque of the gear shifting assistance motor is set to be equal to the total torque of the whole vehicle before gear shifting of the vehicle. Due to the fact that the torque of the gear shifting assistance motor is limited by the dynamic drivable torque of the gear shifting assistance motor in the vehicle and is not the static drivable torque of the gear shifting assistance motor any more, the dynamic drivable torque of the gear shifting assistance motor is larger than the static drivable torque of the gear shifting assistance motor, and the dynamic drivable torque of the gear shifting assistance motor is larger than the static drivable torque of the gear shifting assistance motor. Therefore, the possibility that the torque of the gear shifting assisting motor is equal to the total torque of the whole vehicle before gear shifting is improved, and the possibility that the power of the whole vehicle is reduced in the gear shifting process is reduced.

    本申请提供一种车辆的扭矩控制方法、扭矩控制装置和扭矩控制系统。在该扭矩控制方法中,响应于车辆的换挡助力请求,确定车辆在换挡前的整车总扭矩;在判断出车辆中的换挡助力电机的最大限制扭矩大于车辆在换挡前的整车总扭矩的情况下,设定换挡助力电机的扭矩等于车辆在换挡前的整车总扭矩。由于换挡助力电机的扭矩受限于车辆中的换挡助力电机的动态可驱动扭矩,而不再是换挡助力电机的静态可驱动扭矩,其中,换挡助力电机的动态可驱动扭矩大于换挡助力电机的静态可驱动扭矩,所以提高了换挡助力电机的扭矩等于车辆在换挡前的整车总扭矩的可能性,从而降低了整车动力在换挡过程中减小的可能性。
