According to the invention, the slope angle of the rear cone of the inner wedge suspension cone, the angle of the conical inner cavity of the wire clamp body, and the relationship between the slope angle of the rear cone of the inner wedge suspension cone and the angle of the conical inner cavity of the wire clamp body are optimized, so that the utilization rate of the breaking strength of the insulating tension rope is remarkably improved.

    本发明创造提供了一种接触网用高强度绝缘绳线夹,包括线夹本体、内楔悬浮锥和线夹密封尾部;内楔悬浮锥包括前锥体段和后锥体段,二者衔接处直径D1比绝缘绳直径D3大0.5mm~1mm,前锥体段长度L1=2*D3±1mm,后锥体段长度L2=3.5*D3~4.5*D3;线夹本体内腔包括圆柱段和圆锥段,楔悬浮锥的后锥体段斜面角度arf1,比圆锥段内腔与轴线的夹角arf2大0.4~0.5°,圆柱段内腔的直径D2=D3*105%;圆锥段内腔与轴线的角度arf2=4°;在线夹本体穿出端的内壁设有线材密封环,穿入端内壁设有线夹密封环。本发明创造中,内楔悬浮锥后锥体的斜面角度、线夹本体圆锥内腔角度、内楔悬浮锥后锥体的斜面角度和线夹本体圆锥内腔角度之间的关系进行了优化,显著提高绝缘张力绳破断强度利用率。
