The invention discloses a short-time traffic flow prediction method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and belongs to the technical field of intelligent traffic, and the method comprises the steps: decomposing an original traffic flow sequence of any expressway target road section within a preset duration through VMD, and obtaining a plurality of IMFs with different frequencies; performing stability analysis on each IMF, and determining a time sequence category corresponding to each IMF based on an analysis result; predicting each first IMF belonging to the linear time sequence by using a pre-trained first prediction model to obtain a first prediction value corresponding to each first IMF; predicting each second IMF belonging to the nonlinear time sequence by adopting a pre-trained second prediction model to obtain a second prediction value corresponding to each second IMF; and based on each first prediction value and each second prediction value, determining a prediction result of the traffic flow of the target road section of the expressway in the next preset duration. And the accuracy of highway short-time traffic flow prediction is improved.

    本申请公开一种短时交通流预测方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质,属于智能交通技术领域,该方法包括:利用VMD对任一高速公路目标路段在预设时长内的原始交通流序列进行分解,得到多个不同频率的IMF;对各IMF进行稳定性分析,基于分析结果,确定各IMF对应的时间序列类别;采用预先训练的第一预测模型对属于线性时间序列的各第一IMF进行预测,得到各第一IMF对应的第一预测值;采用预先训练的第二预测模型对属于非线性时间序列的各第二IMF进行预测,得到各第二IMF对应第二预测值;基于各第一预测值和各第二预测值,确定高速公路目标路段在下一预设时长内的交通流的预测结果。提高了高速公路短时交通流预测的准确性。
