The invention provides a station track switching method, which comprises the following steps that: when a task needs to be released, a background issues a command to a vehicle bottom flaw detection robot through a network, and after receiving the command, the robot firstly reaches a station track switching method waiting point according to a navigation route and simultaneously communicates with the station track switching method, so that a lifting platform ascends and descends to a specified height; the robot enters and exits the station track or crosses the station track through the lifting platform; when the robot crosses the station track, the robot directly passes through the lifting platform and then reaches a designated point; when the robot needs to enter and exit from the station track, after the robot needs to rotate by 90 degrees on the lifting platform, an instruction is transmitted to the station track switching method through a network, so that the robot descends or ascends to the specified height, and then the robot walks to the specified position. After a robot signal is detected, one motor drives the two pallet forks to ascend and descend, ascending and descending of the whole lifting platform are achieved, and the vehicle bottom flaw detection robot can achieve switching between rails and conduct automatic inspection on the rails.

    本发明提供了一种股道切换方法,当需要下任务时,后台通过网络给车底探伤机器人下达命令,机器人接受指令后,首先按导航路线到达股道切换方法等待点,同时给股道切换方法通信,使升降平台上升后降落至指定高度,机器人通过升降平台进出股道或跨越股道;当机器人跨越股道时,直接从升降平台通过后到达指定点;当机器人需要进出股道时,在升降平台上需要自转90度后,再通过网络传输指令给股道切换方法,使其降落或升高至指定高度,机器人再行走至指定位置。本发明检测到机器人信号后,通过一个电机带动两个货叉升降,实现整个升降平台的升降,使车底探伤机器人可实现轨道间的切换,对轨交进行自动巡检。
