The invention provides an obstacle and derailment detection system and method and a train, and the system comprises a contact type detection cross beam which is arranged at the bottom of the train and is transversely suspended above a rail surface; the detection module comprises a first obstacle detection sensor, a first derailment detection sensor, a second obstacle detection sensor and a second derailment detection sensor which are all mounted on the contact type detection cross beam; the output end of the first power supply module is connected with the input end of the first obstacle detection sensor and the input end of the first derailment detection sensor; the output end of the second power supply module is connected with the input end of the second obstacle detection sensor and the input end of the second derailment detection sensor; the input end of the host control module is connected with the output ends of the first obstacle detection sensor, the first derailing detection sensor, the second obstacle detection sensor and the second derailing detection sensor, and the host control module is used for outputting target detection signals.
