The anti-collision mechanism has the beneficial effects that the anti-collision mechanism which is purely mechanically controlled is provided, and the possibility of fierce collision of the portal crane can be reduced.

    本发明公开了一种门式起重机防碰撞装置包括两对防碰撞机构,两对防碰撞机构对应门式起重机的一对底部横梁,每一对防碰撞机构对称安设在对应的底部横梁沿轨道方向的外壁上,每一防碰撞机构包括水平的安装壳;缓冲组件;一对第一抵接组件,其包括一对竖直的第一滑块以及一对第一滑杆,一对第一滑块、一对第一滑杆以及一对安装板一一对应,一对第一滑块分别滑动设在一对安装板相对的侧壁上,所述第一滑块的顶部与所述缓冲区内顶壁之间连接有第二回弹弹簧。本发明具有的有益效果是,提供了一种纯机械控制的防碰撞机构,可降低门式起重机发生激烈碰撞的可能性。
