The invention discloses a large-span multi-stage lifting generator hoisting method and a hoisting system thereof.The hoisting system is composed of a rail, a hydraulic jacking trolley, a steel cable type hydraulic jack and a lifting hook beam, the steel cable type hydraulic jack is operated, a generator is subjected to first vertical displacement, the generator is vertically lifted to a first preset height, and the generator is lifted to a second preset height; and then the hydraulic jacking trolley is operated, a lifting stand column of the hydraulic jacking trolley ascends, the power generator is subjected to second-time vertical displacement, the power generator is vertically lifted to a second preset height, the hydraulic jacking trolley synchronously walks to a preset position along the track, and the power generator is lowered to be in place. The generator is safely and stably hoisted in place under the conditions that the crane bearing capacity of a machine room is insufficient, the hoisting hole space of a factory building is insufficient and the roof height of the factory building is insufficient, meanwhile, the generator can be steered in the air, and hoisting in any direction is achieved.
本发明公开了一种大跨度多级提升的发电机吊装方法及其吊装系统,使用轨道、液压顶升台车、钢索式液压千斤顶及吊钩梁组成吊装系统,操作钢索式液压千斤顶,对发电机进行第一次垂直位移,垂直提升发电机到第一预设高度,再操作液压顶升台车,液压顶升台车的升降立柱上升,对发电机进行第二次垂直位移,垂直提升发电机到第二预设高度,液压顶升台车沿轨道同步行走至预设位置,降下发电机使发电机就位。实现了发电机在机房行车承载能力不足,厂房吊装孔空间不足,厂房屋面高度不足的情况下的安全稳定的吊装就位,同时可满足发电机在空中进行转向,实现任意方向吊装。
