The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle rocket boosting device and an unmanned aerial vehicle launching system. The unmanned aerial vehicle rocket boosting device comprises a sliding base, a sliding block, a rocket booster, a first vehicle body connecting piece, a lap joint block, a second vehicle body connecting piece, an abutting rod and a disengaging mechanism. The rocket booster is fixedly connected to the sliding seat, and the sliding block is slidably connected to the sliding seat. The lap joint block is fixedly connected to the outer side of the front end of the rocket booster. One end of the first vehicle body connecting piece is fixedly connected to a vehicle body of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the other end of the first vehicle body connecting piece is inserted into the lap joint groove; the abutting rod is fixedly connected to the outer side of the rear end of the rocket booster. One end of the second body connecting piece is fixedly connected to the body of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the other end of the second body connecting piece abuts against the outer side of the abutting rod. After the rocket booster completes boosting launching work, the rocket booster can automatically fall off by means of the gravity of the rocket booster and aerodynamic force in the flight process, and the flight safety of the unmanned aerial vehicle is not affected.
