The invention discloses a power generation controller of a small turbojet engine and a test method thereof, and the power generation controller comprises a three-phase synchronous rectification circuit which is used for converting a three-phase AC electric signal outputted by a three-phase power generation motor into a DC electric signal; the filter circuit is used for smoothing the direct current signal, removing a pulsation component in the direct current signal and outputting a more stable voltage signal; the voltage stabilizing circuit is used for adjusting the voltage signal output by the filter circuit according to actual requirements, so that the output voltage signal is always kept stable; wherein the three-phase synchronous rectifying circuit is designed by taking a silicon carbide MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) device as a core. Under the same power level, the number of power devices required in the hardware structure of the scheme is reduced, and the caused power loss and heat productivity are reduced, so that the volumes of the radiator and the filter element are also reduced, and meanwhile, the electric signal conversion efficiency of the power generation controller is effectively improved to a certain extent.

    本发明公开了一种小型涡喷发动机的发电控制器及其测试方法,发电控制器包括:三相同步整流电路,用于将三相发电电机输出的三相交流电信号转换为直流电信号;滤波电路,用于对直流电信号进行平滑处理,去除其中的脉动成分,输出更加稳定的电压信号;稳压电路,用于根据实际需要对滤波电路输出的电压信号进行调节,使输出电压信号始终保持稳定;其中,三相同步整流电路是以碳化硅MOSFET器件为核心设计而成的。在相同的功率等级下,本方案硬件结构中需要的功率器件数量减少,造成的功率损耗和发热量降低,所以散热器和滤波元件的体积也会随之缩小,同时还会在一定程度上有效提高发电控制器的电信号转化效率。
