Locking rings are arranged on the outer sides of the upper connecting part and the lower connecting part, and locking is achieved through the locking rings. According to the invention, the annular upper connecting part and the annular lower connecting part are arranged, the two ends of the upper connecting part and the two ends of the lower connecting part are pressed, and hydraulic pressure is input and released through the pressure injection opening and the pressure relief opening to enable the threads to be meshed, so that the upper connecting part and the lower connecting part are locked, and rapid connection between tendons of the tension legs is realized.
