The invention relates to an awakening system and an automobile, and relates to the technical field of automobiles. The power consumption of the wake-up circuit is reduced. The system comprises a power supply chip, a self-turn-off circuit and a wake-up main circuit. The input end of the self-turn-off circuit is used for receiving a trigger signal. The input end of the wake-up main circuit is connected with the output end of the self-turn-off circuit, and the output end of the wake-up main circuit is further connected with the input end of the power supply chip. The self-turn-off circuit is configured to send a power supply signal to the wake-up main circuit under the condition that the trigger signal is received. The wake-up total circuit is configured to operate upon receipt of a power supply signal. The wake-up main circuit works only when receiving the power supply signal, the power supply signal is sent to the wake-up main circuit only when the self-turn-off circuit receives the trigger signal, and the wake-up main circuit is not in a working state all the time, so that the power consumption is reduced.
