The invention discloses an expressway construction area vehicle accident risk assessment method based on trajectory data. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, constructing a vehicle accident risk assessment model; step 2, constructing a model sample library: obtaining a vehicle track, determining a characteristic variable in an input quantity, and constructing an input quantity and output quantity sample set; step 3, model training; 4, evaluating the performance of the model; and step 5, vehicle accident risk assessment. According to the invention, the accident risk state of the vehicle in the construction area is identified based on the ETTC and the TDTC, and rear-end collision and lateral collision can be identified at the same time; and constructing a construction area vehicle accident risk assessment model based on the random forest, and predicting and assessing a vehicle accident risk state. According to the method, the vehicle operation parameters in the construction area in the video data are fully mined, the influence of the microscopic characteristics of vehicle operation in the construction area and the section traffic flow is considered, the risk state of the vehicle can be accurately identified, and technical support is provided for operation safety of the expressway construction area.

    本发明公开了一种基于轨迹数据的高速公路施工区车辆事故风险的评估方法,包括步骤1、构建车辆事故风险评估模型;步骤2、构建模型样本库:获取车辆轨迹、确定输入量中的特征变量、构建输入量和输出量样本集;步骤3、模型训练;步骤4、模型性能评估;步骤5、车辆事故风险评估。本发明基于ETTC和TDTC识别车辆在施工区事故风险状态,可同时识别追尾和侧向冲突;构建基于随机森林的施工区车辆事故风险评估模型,对车辆事故风险状态进行预测和评估。本发明充分挖掘视频数据中施工区车辆运行参数,考虑了施工区车辆运行的微观特征和区段交通流的影响,能够准确地识别车辆的风险状态,进而为高速公路施工区的运行安全提供技术支持。
