The invention discloses a quick-change support and an electric vehicle, the quick-change support comprises two longitudinal beams which are oppositely arranged in the width direction of the vehicle, each longitudinal beam is provided with a plurality of vehicle end lock assemblies and connecting rods, and the vehicle end lock assemblies are matched with battery end lock assemblies arranged on the two sides of a battery pack; the connecting rod is arranged on the longitudinal beam to lock and connect the battery pack to the longitudinal beam, and the connecting rod is connected with the multiple vehicle end lock assemblies to drive the multiple vehicle end lock assemblies to be synchronously unlocked or locked; the connecting rod comprises locking sections and a protruding section, the locking sections are connected with the vehicle end lock assembly, the protruding section is located between the locking sections, and the distances between the locking sections and the bottom of the quick-changing support and the distances between the protruding section and the bottom of the quick-changing support are different. The technical problems that the precision requirement of the battery replacement process such as locking and dismounting between an existing electric vehicle quick-change support and a battery pack is high, and the battery replacement control process is complex are solved.
