The invention provides an integrated semitrailer frame design method. The method comprises the steps that 1, a finite element model is established according to material attributes and size numerical values of a frame; 2, setting a displacement boundary constraint condition that the displacement of the lower surface of a traction seat of the frame and the fixed surface of a plate spring suspension is zero; 3, setting a load boundary constraint condition as follows: the running direction P is equal to rhoghgt; the horizontal direction P perpendicular to the running direction is equal to [rho] ghgt; the vertical upward direction P is equal to [rho] ghgt; the vertical downward direction P is equal to [rho] ghgt; the medium rho is the density of the liquid, the g is the gravitational acceleration, the h is the height of the liquid in the tank body, and the m is the maximum mass; and 4, according to the finite element model, the displacement boundary constraint condition and the load boundary constraint condition, calculating whether the index value of the frame meets a preset specification under the working conditions of constant-speed driving, turning, braking and jolting, if so, determining that the design is feasible, and if not, adjusting the size and the material of the frame, and repeating the steps 1-4. The technical problems that in the prior art, the transportation efficiency is low, the safety performance is poor, and products are difficult to conform to domestic road conditions and related regulations are solved.
本发明提供一种一体式半挂车车架设计方法,所述方法包括:步骤1,根据车架的材料属性和尺寸数值建立有限元模型;步骤2,设置位移边界约束条件为车架的牵引座下表面和板簧悬架固定面位移为零;步骤3,设置载荷边界约束条件为:运行方向P=ρgh>2mg,与运行方向垂直的水平方向P=ρgh>mg,垂直向上的方向P=ρgh>mg,垂直向下的方向P=ρgh>2mg,其中,中ρ为液体的密度,g为重力加速度,h为罐体内液体的高度,m为最大质量;步骤4,根据有限元模型和位移边界约束条件、载荷边界约束条件,计算在匀速行驶、转弯、制动、颠簸的工况下,车架的指标数值是否符合预设规定,若是,则设计可行,若否,则调整车架的尺寸及材料,重复步骤1‑4。本发明解决了现有技术运输效率低、安全新能差,产品难以符合国内路况和相关规定等技术问题。
