The invention relates to an automobile seat part assembly modal calculation method based on connection rigidity. The method comprises the steps that the overall rigidity of an automobile body-seat system is decomposed; carrying out nonlinear static calculation on the locally refined finite element model, and simulating non-parallelism; establishing a surface-to-surface contact pair for each curved surface, and analyzing the deformation condition, the contact position and the effective connection area proportion of a connection gasket from a contact cloud picture; performing seat assembly mode CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) analysis; and updating a modal analysis CAE model, and changing the area of a bolt connection rigid unit so as to simulate the connection rigidity of an actual assembly condition and simulate the assembly modality of assemblies such as a seat and the like. Starting from actual connection performance analysis of a seat and a vehicle body, firstly, structural deformation and actual bolt connection effect at a seat mounting point are researched in detail through calculation of'connection rigidity ', the connection rigidity is further'applied' to a seat assembly modal calculation model, the modal calculation precision is improved from 84% to 97%, and the seat assembly modal calculation precision is improved from 84% to 97%. Therefore, the vibration performance of the seat is improved.

    本发明涉及一种基于连接刚度的汽车座椅零部件装配模态计算方法,包括将车身‑座椅系统的整体刚度分解;局部细化的有限元模型进行非线性静力计算,模拟不平行度;各曲面建立面面接触对从接触云图分析连接垫片变形情况、接触位置及有效连接面积占比;进行座椅装配模态CAE分析;更新模态分析CAE模型,更改螺栓连接刚性单元面积,以模拟实际装配情况的连接刚度,仿真座椅等总成的装配模态。本发明从座椅与车身的实际连接性能分析开始,首先通过对“连接刚度”的计算,详细研究座椅安装点处的结构变形,实际螺栓连接效果,并进一步将连接刚度“施加”在座椅装配模态计算模型上,模态计算精度从84%提升到97%,从而提高座椅振动性能。
