The invention discloses a manufacturing and assembling method for a multi-directional rigidity-adjustable liquid composite joint. The manufacturing and assembling method comprises the following steps that S1, a piston rod, a front piston plate and a rear piston plate in a mandrel ball are installed; s2, a front piston cavity and a rear piston cavity are sealed through a front end cover and a rear end cover correspondingly; s3, vulcanization is conducted, specifically, a rubber layer is arranged between the inner sleeve body and the mandrel ball, and the mold is removed after vulcanization cooling; s4, respectively sealing the front cavity and the rear cavity by the front sealing cover plate and the rear sealing cover plate; and S5, the inner sleeve body is sleeved with an outer sleeve. The liquid composite joint has the advantages that manufacturing and assembling of all parts of the liquid composite joint can be completed smoothly, and particularly, the problems of installation and surface vulcanization of all the parts in a mandrel ball which are difficult to process are solved smoothly.

    本发明公开了一种多向刚度可调的液体复合节点的制作装配方法,包括如下步骤:S1、完成芯轴球内的活塞杆、前活塞板和后活塞板的安装;S2、完成前端盖和后端盖分别对前活塞空腔和后活塞空腔的封闭;S3、硫化,在内套体与芯轴球之间赋予橡胶层,并在硫化冷却后脱除模具;S4、完成前密封盖版和后密封盖版分别对前型腔和后型腔的密封;S5、在内套体外套装外套。其优点在于,能顺利完成对液体复合节点各部件的制作装配,尤其是顺利解决了较难处理的芯轴球内各部件的安装及表面硫化问题。
