The invention relates to a composite phase change material, which comprises a solid core body and a conductive agent layer coated on the surface of the core body, the core body comprises a first phase change material and a second phase change material, and the second phase change material comprises polylactic acid; wherein the core body is a composite body of a first phase-change material and a second phase-change material, or the core body is of a core-shell structure, the inner core is the first phase-change material, and the shell layer is the second phase-change material. The invention also relates to an ion battery. A positive plate and/or a negative plate of the ion battery comprise the composite phase change material. The invention also relates to a vehicle which uses the ion battery. The composite phase change material disclosed by the invention has a multi-temperature gradient phase change effect and high strength, and when the composite phase change material is applied to a positive plate and/or a negative plate of the ion battery, not only can normal manufacturing requirements be met and the safety performance of the ion battery be effectively improved, but also the service life of a battery cell can be prolonged, so that the safety of a vehicle using the ion battery disclosed by the invention is higher.
