And a position recording device is fixedly mounted in the main body buoy. According to the full-automatic positioning buoy device and the using method thereof, the defects that a common buoy flow measurement method is inaccurate and depends on manpower are overcome, the characteristic that the RTK can record the position in real time is utilized, the water surface flow velocity within the range of 20 cm of the water surface is automatically measured in real time, and the accuracy of water flow surface flow velocity measurement can be improved; meanwhile, the buoy floats on the water surface by about 4 cm, a calibration marker can be provided for unmanned aerial vehicle water surface flow measurement or video flow measurement, and the high efficiency of water flow surface flow velocity monitoring is effectively improved.

    本发明提供一种全自动定位浮标装置及其使用方法,涉及水利领域。该全自动定位浮标装置及其使用方法,包括主体浮筒,所述主体浮筒的底部固定连接有圆形板,所述主体浮筒的外表面固定连接有两个对称设置的侧翼板,所述主体浮筒的外表面固定连接有仿船舵尾翼,所述主体浮筒的内部固定安装有位置记录装置。该全自动定位浮标装置及其使用方法,解决了普通浮标测流法不准确且依赖人力的缺点,利用RTK可实时记录位置的特点,实时自动测量水面20cm范围内的水体表面流速,可以提高水流表面流速测量的准确率;同时本发明的浮标浮在水面上4cm左右,可为无人机水面测流或视频测流提供标定标志物,有效提高水流表面流速监测的高效性。
