The invention discloses a multi-source input hybrid transmission system for a main speed reducer of a helicopter. The hybrid transmission system is characterized by comprising an input mechanism, an output mechanism, a face gear set, a first-stage planetary gear set, a second-stage planetary gear set and a main rotor shaft, power of the multi-source input helicopter face gear transmission system comes from a left engine and a right engine. The power of the right engine is divided into two parts, one part is transmitted into the output mechanism along the second-stage input shaft, the other part is transmitted into the cylindrical gear in parallel with the power provided by the left engine through the middle-stage input gear, the power is transmitted into the first-stage sun gear through the face gear, and then the power is input into the second-stage sun gear through the first-stage planet carrier. And finally, the power is transmitted to a main rotor shaft through a secondary planet carrier to provide rotating power for a main rotor of the helicopter. The transmission device has the advantages of being ingenious in conception, compact in structure, high in transmission efficiency, good in transmission stability, capable of filling up the blank of related technologies and capable of generating large social benefits and economic benefits.

    本发明公开了一种多源输入直升机主减速器混交传动系统,其特征在于包括:输入机构、输出机构、面齿轮组、一级行星齿轮组、二级行星齿轮组、主旋翼轴;多源输入直升机面齿轮传动系统动力来源于左、右发动机;右发动机动力分流为两部分,一部分沿二级输入轴传递到输出机构中,一部分通过中间级输入齿轮与左发动机提供动力并车传递到圆柱齿轮中,经由面齿轮传递到一级太阳轮中,再通过一级行星架将动力输入至二级太阳轮之中,最终经由二级行星架传递到主旋翼轴上,为直升机主旋翼提供旋转动力;有益效果是构思巧妙、结构紧凑、传动效率高、传动稳定性好,既可以填补相关技术空白,又可产生较大的社会效益与经济效益。
