Water is cooled through the cooling box, finally the cooled water returns to the collecting box, the heat dissipation efficiency is improved through circulation, the rainwater is received, the utilization rate of free resources is increased, and the situation that a large amount of money is spent on purchasing water cooling liquid, and manpower is spent on regularly adding the water cooling liquid is avoided.
