The lap joint areas of the two adjacent back plate units and the edges of the battery pieces are arranged in a staggered manner; the transition layer is laid on the back plate, the transition layer comprises a plurality of transition units which are spliced in sequence, and the splicing position is located above the battery piece and is staggered from the lap joint area. The back plate is arranged into the back plate units with small areas, and the back plate units are in lap joint end to end, so that the bending degree of the back plate is matched with that of the curved plate, and the back plate can be spread without wrinkles during pressing; and the transition layer can effectively buffer atmospheric pressure, so that the cell is prevented from being cracked.

    本发明涉及一种曲面光伏组件及其制造方法、车辆,一种曲面光伏组件,包括曲面板、光伏电池层、背板及过渡层,光伏电池层设于曲面板和背板之间,光伏电池层包括多个间隔设置的电池片,背板包括多个背板单元,背板单元首尾搭接,相邻的两个背板单元的搭接区域与电池片的边缘错开设置;过渡层铺设于背板上,过渡层包括多个依次拼接的过渡单元,拼接位置位于与电池片的上方,并与搭接区域错开设置。通过将背板设置成小面积的背板单元,并将背板单元首尾搭接,以使得背板与曲面板的弯曲程度相适配,从而使得压合时背板能够铺展开而不起褶皱;过渡层可有效缓冲大气压力,从而避免电池片裂片。
