The invention discloses a VTS system-oriented ship collision warning method. The method comprises the steps of 1, collecting ship AIS and radar fusion data information; 2, screening a target ship in a spatial constraint manner; step 3, navigational speed constraint; 4, relative position and course constraint; step 5, calculating the DCPA and the TCP; step 6, collision early warning condition judgment: setting a DCPA self-adaptive threshold value and a three-level collision risk level; step 7, collision early warning; and step 8, ship collision monitoring. According to the method, various collision risk influence factors such as the relative distance between the ship and the target ship, the ship size, the AIS equipment position and the time factor are combined, the false alarm problem caused by a fixed threshold value or abnormal track, course and speed is avoided, the collision alarm accuracy is improved, factors such as the steering rate and the acceleration are considered, and the reliability is high. Collision monitoring alarm judgment is carried out from the perspective of an actual application scene of ship navigation, and intelligent decision support is provided for VTS watchmen.
本发明公开了一种面向VTS系统的船舶碰撞告警方法,步骤1、采集船舶AIS与雷达融合数据信息;步骤2、空间约束筛选目标船舶;步骤3、航速约束;步骤4、相对位置及航向约束;步骤5、计算DCPA和TCP;步骤6、碰撞预警条件判断:设置DCPA自适应阈值及三级碰撞风险等级;步骤7、碰撞预警;步骤8、船舶碰撞监测。本发明结合本船与目标船的相对距离、船舶尺寸与AIS设备位置、时间因子等多种碰撞风险影响因子,避免固定阈值或航迹航向航速异常带来的误告警问题,提高碰撞告警准确性,同时考虑转向率、加速度等因素,从船舶航行的实际应用场景角度出发进行碰撞监测告警判定,为VTS值班员提供智能决策支持。
