The invention discloses a locking mechanism, a differential mechanism and a moving tool. The locking mechanism comprises a first transmission shaft; the first actuating element is fixedly arranged on the first transmission shaft; the second transmission shaft and the first transmission shaft are coaxially arranged; the second actuating element is arranged on the second transmission shaft, and the second actuating element is configured to move in the axial direction of the second transmission shaft; the elastic element is arranged between the first actuating element and the second actuating element and is configured to keep the first actuating element and the second actuating element in a separated state and unlock the first transmission shaft and the second transmission shaft; and the electromagnetic driving assembly is configured to enable the second actuating element to overcome the elastic force of the elastic element to be jointed with the first actuating element when the electromagnetic driving assembly is electrified, so as to lock the first transmission shaft and the second transmission shaft. According to the scheme provided by the invention, inter-shaft locking or unlocking can be realized in a small space by means of electromagnetic driving.
