According to the invention, the data record of the anti-falling test can be automatically formed, whether the anti-falling test meets the requirement or not and whether abnormal conditions exist or not can be analyzed conveniently, the time interval reminding of the anti-falling test can be automatically set according to the national standard, the complexity of personnel operation can be reduced, and the possibility of manual misoperation can be reduced; the risk of personnel operation in the anti-falling test process is eliminated, manual operation is replaced by intelligent operation of equipment, the automation degree of the equipment is improved, and the safety of equipment operation is enhanced. The problems that in an existing traditional method, manual operation of executing an anti-falling test by an intelligent driving elevator according to specifications is tedious, and a tester needs to climb to the elevator for operation, and the safety risk is caused are solved.

    本发明提供了一种智能驾驶升降机自动防坠试验方法,该方法利用智能驾驶升降机的底笼控制箱,在底层进行自动试验操作,并形成防坠试验的数据记录及实现自动提醒功能。本发明可以自动形成防坠试验的数据记录,便于分析防坠试验是否达到要求,有没有异常情况存在,可以按照国标自动设置防坠试验时间间隔提醒,可以减少人员操作的繁琐性及降低人为误操作的可能性,消除防坠试验过程人员操作的危险性,利用设备智能化操作代替人工操作,提高设备自动化程度,加强设备操作的安全性。解决了在现有传统方法下,智能驾驶升降机按照规范执行防坠试验的人工操作繁琐、试验人员需要爬到升降机上操作的安全风险等问题。
