The invention belongs to the technical field of electric mopeds, and discloses a torque sensor and a torque and pedaling frequency acquisition method.The torque sensor comprises a center shaft, an elastic connector, a TMR sensor module, a strong magnet pair, a follow-up PCB, a follow-up wireless coil, a fixed wireless coil, a fixed PCB, a magnetic ring and a speed measurement HALL module. The follow-up PCB, the follow-up wireless coil and the magnetic ring are fixed to the middle shaft, the fixed wireless coil, the fixed PCB and the speed measurement HALL module are fixed to an inner machine shell of a middle motor of the electric moped, and the two ends of the elastic connecting body are connected with the middle shaft and a chain wheel of the electric moped through gears respectively. The strong magnet pair and the TMR sensor module are fixed to the two ends of the elastic connector respectively, the follow-up wireless coil and the TMR sensor module are electrically connected to the follow-up PCB, and the fixed wireless coil and the speed measurement HALL module are connected to the fixed PCB. The torque detection precision is effectively improved, and the environmental influence is reduced.

    本发明属于电助力车技术领域,公开了一种力矩传感器以及力矩和踏频采集方法,力矩传感器包括中轴、弹性连接体、TMR传感器模块、强磁磁铁对、随动PCB板、随动无线线圈、固定无线线圈、固定PCB板、磁环以及测速HALL模块。随动PCB板、随动无线线圈及磁环固定在中轴上,固定无线线圈、固定PCB板及测速HALL模块固定在电助力车的中置电机内部机壳上,弹性连接体的两端分别通过齿轮与中轴和电助力车的牙盘连接,强磁磁铁对和TMR传感器模块分别与弹性连接体的两端固定,随动无线线圈和TMR传感器模块电连接至随动PCB板,固定无线线圈和测速HALL模块连接至固定PCB板。本发明有效提高力矩检测精度,降低环境影响。
