The maximum available torque of the motor in the vehicle is controlled to be the target motor torque, so that the maximum available torque of the motor in the vehicle can be well suitable for the current ramp working condition, the situation that the rotating speed of the motor of the vehicle changes too much before and after the vehicle reaches the slope top is avoided, and the vehicle running stability and the vehicle driving experience are guaranteed.
