The invention relates to a deep-sea mining and conveying equipment laying and recycling system and method.The system comprises a tower system, a pipe gantry crane, a catwalk machine, a moon pool trolley, a mining vehicle crane, a mining vehicle umbilical cable winch, a cable arrangement device, a cable guide and a relay station trolley; the moon pool is provided with a pipe lowering center and a mining vehicle lowering center, a tower platform and a tower system are arranged on the upper portion of the pipe lowering center, and a movable mining vehicle crane is arranged on the upper portion of the mining vehicle lowering center and used for hoisting a mining vehicle. The moon pool is arranged in the middle of the ship body, the movement performance of the ship body is excellent, the influence of ocean current and ship body movement on launching and recycling of the equipment from the moon pool is small, a splashing area can be avoided, the operation capacity under the severe sea condition is improved, and the operation safety is high.

    本发明涉及一种深海采矿和输送设备布放回收系统及方法,该系统包括塔架系统、管子龙门吊、猫道机、月池台车、采矿车吊机、采矿车脐带缆绞车、排缆器、导缆器、中继站台车,船体主甲板中间位置开设月池,月池设置管子下放中心和采矿车下放中心,管子下放中心上部设置塔架平台及塔架系统,采矿车下放中心上部设置可移动式采矿车吊机,用于起吊采矿车。本发明为深海采矿和输送设备布放回收作业提供一种新型方案:月池设置在船体中部,船体运动性能优,设备从月池布放回收受海流和船体运动影响小,可避开飞溅区,提高恶劣海况下作业能力,作业安全性高。
