The invention provides a low-cost electric motorcycle direct current fast charging system and operation thereof, the system comprises a direct current charging pile, a power voltage reduction module, a battery pack BMS and a fast charging communication interaction circuit, the direct current charging pile is subjected to voltage reduction through the power voltage reduction module, and the voltage after voltage reduction is output to the battery pack BMS for fast charging; the fast charging communication interaction circuit is respectively connected with a direct current charging pile and a battery pack BMS, and the power step-down module is a BUCK circuit; according to the system, the cost is low, high-series battery cells do not need to form a high-voltage battery pack, an electric framework of an existing electric motorcycle continues to be used, a BUCK circuit is directly added in an original electric motorcycle system to communicate and interact with the quick charging module, the voltage of 300 V or above of the direct-current quick charging pile of the electric automobile is reduced to the voltage of a battery platform of 96 V of the electric motorcycle, and the electric motorcycle can be charged more stably. The direct-current quick charging pile of the electric automobile can be directly used for charging, energy can be quickly supplemented, and the electric automobile which cannot be used for a long distance originally can be used for long-distance travel.

    本发明提出一种低成本电动摩托车直流快充系统及其操作,包括直流充电桩、功率降压模块、电池包BMS和快充通讯交互电路,直流充电桩通过功率降压模块降压,并输出降压后的电压给电池包BMS进行快充;快充通讯交互电路分别连接直流充电桩和电池包BMS,功率降压模块为BUCK电路;在本申请中,成本低,无需高串联电芯组成高压电池包,沿用现有电摩的电气架构,直接在原有电摩系统中新增BUCK电路与快充模块通讯交互,实现了将电动汽车直流快充桩的300V以上电压降压至电摩96V的电池平台电压,可以直接使用电动汽车直流快充桩充电,快速补能,将原本无法长途的电摩实现了长途旅行。
