The invention provides an anti-electric-shock early warning device for hoisting operation of a crane. The anti-electric-shock early warning device comprises a bearing seat, a rotating shaft, a magnetic flux induction mechanism and an early warning mechanism, the bearing seat is fixed at the bottom end of the suspension arm and is provided with a bearing; the rotating shaft is assembled in the bearing for running fit; the magnetic flux induction mechanism is of a closed-loop structure formed by two induction metal blocks and a metal cable, and is fixed with the rotating shaft and the top end of the suspension arm; one induction metal block is fixed at the top end of the suspension arm, and the other induction metal block is close to the bottom end of the suspension arm; the rotating shaft is bridged on the two metal cables and drives the two metal cables to be wound on the rotating shaft or loosened from the rotating shaft; a current transformer of the early warning mechanism is sleeved on the magnetic flux induction mechanism to collect flowing current in real time, and an alarm unit gives an alarm when the current of the current transformer is greater than a preset threshold value; the magnetic flux induction mechanism induces and generates current along with the movement that the suspension arm gets close to or away from the specified electrified body. According to the invention, real-time monitoring and early warning are carried out on the electric shock risk of the suspension arm in the electric power operation process of the crane.

    本发明提供一种吊车吊装作业防触电的预警装置,包括轴承座、转轴、磁通量感应机构和预警机构;轴承座固定于吊臂底端,其上设有轴承;转轴装配于轴承中进行转动配合;磁通量感应机构为由两个感应金属块及金属电缆形成的闭环结构,并与转轴及吊臂顶端进行固定;一感应金属块固定于吊臂顶端且另一感应金属块靠近吊臂底端,转轴跨接于两个金属电缆上并带动两个金属电缆缠绕在转轴上或从转轴上松开;预警机构的电流互感器套接于磁通量感应机构上来实时采集流过的电流,报警单元在电流互感器的电流大于预设阈值时进行报警;磁通量感应机构随吊臂靠近或远离指定带电体的运动而感应产生电流。实施本发明,对吊车在电力作业过程中吊臂触电风险进行实时监测并预警。
