The elevator guide rail braking system comprises a support fixed to the middle position of a straight beam of an elevator car, and a guide rail brake is arranged on the support and corresponds to the position of an elevator car guide rail; the magnetic railing ruler is fixed on the lift car guide rail and is connected with a magnetic railing ruler control box; the guide rail brake is connected in series with a brake control loop; and the magnetic railing ruler control box is connected in series with the safety circuit. The control method comprises the steps that the speed and the position of an elevator are monitored through the magnetic railing ruler, a switching signal is output to the safety circuit, the control circuit receives the signal of the safety circuit and controls attraction or disconnection of contacts of the band-type brake contactor and the operation contactor according to the signal so as to control opening and releasing of an electromagnetic coil of the guide rail brake. And braking and loosening actions of the guide rail brake are realized. The method has the characteristic that the production cost of the elevator can be effectively reduced on the premise that the safety of the elevator is not changed.

    本发明公开了一种电梯导轨制动系统及控制方法,包括固定于轿厢直梁中间位置的支架,支架上设有导轨制动器,导轨制动器与轿厢导轨位置相对应;还包括固定于轿厢导轨上的磁栅尺,磁栅尺连接有磁栅尺控制盒;所述导轨制动器串联于制动器控制回路;所述磁栅尺控制盒串联于安全回路。控制方法为通过磁栅尺对电梯速度和位置的监控,输出开关信号至安全回路,控制回路接收安全回路的信号,并根据信号控制抱闸接触器和运行接触器的触点的吸和或断开,来控制导轨制动器电磁线圈的打开和释放,实现导轨制动器的制动与松开动作。本发明具有能够保证电梯安全性不变的前提下有效降低电梯的生产成本的特点。
