The invention discloses an elevator weighing automatic learning method, which comprises a weighing device, a terminal, a damping device and an elevator control system, and comprises the following steps: starting a weighing self-learning test by the terminal; the car runs to the bottom layer without opening the door; acquiring an initial position of a weighing device; the lift car automatically moves up and down for multiple times at the acceleration a1, and the deformation quantity corresponding to the acceleration a1 is read and calculated; the lift car automatically moves up and down for multiple times at the acceleration a2, and the deformation quantity corresponding to the acceleration a2 is read and calculated; and the elevator control system calculates the read data and completes weighing self-learning. The weighing device and the terminal are arranged and associated with the damping device and the elevator control system, the deformation of the damping device caused by the dead weight of the lift car in the acceleration and deceleration process of the elevator is utilized for acceleration and deceleration operation of the elevator, weighing data are obtained according to the acceleration and the deformation, and the weighing self-learning process can be achieved without using weights; and the debugging factory inspection efficiency can be effectively improved, and the skill requirements of debugging inspectors are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种电梯称重自动学习方法,包括称重装置、终端、减震装置和电梯控制系统,步骤如下:终端启动称重自学习测试;轿厢运行至底层且不开门;获取称重装置初始位置;轿厢以加速度a1自动上下运动多次,读取并计算加速度a1对应的形变量;轿厢以加速度a2自动上下运动多次,读取并计算加速度a2对应的形变量;电梯控制系统计算读取的数据并完成称重自学习。本发明通过设置称重装置和终端,与减震装置和电梯控制系统关联,利用电梯加减速运行,由轿厢自重在电梯加减速过程中引起减震装置的变形量,根据加速度和变形量来获取到称重数据,无需使用砝码就可实现称重自学习的过程,能有效提高调试厂检效率,降低调试检验人员技能要求。
