The invention provides an installation simulation method of a ship shaft bracket, which comprises the following steps of: generating a three-dimensional model of the shaft bracket in software by utilizing three-dimensional measurement and analysis of a total station, and simulating the state of a real ship by adjusting the posture of the model. And calculating the space height and width space size from the center of the shaft hole of the shaft bracket to the angular point of the bracket arm required by inspection through the three-dimensional coordinate of each reference point of the shaft bracket, thereby providing important reference for the subsequent real ship construction. According to the method, the actual ship state of the shaft bracket is analyzed and simulated through software to calculate the space size, the actual adjustment process of a field platform can be effectively replaced, the method for adjusting the state of the shaft bracket through the software is simple and convenient to operate, compared with platform real object adjustment, efficiency is greatly improved, and manpower, material resources and hoisting resources are effectively saved.

    本发明提供一种船舶轴支架的安装模拟方法,该安装模拟方法通过利用全站仪三维测量分析,将轴支架在软件中生成三维模型,并通过调整模型姿态模拟出实船的状态,再通过轴支架的各参考点的三维坐标计算出检查需要的轴支架轴孔中心到支架臂角点空间高度和宽度空间尺寸,为后续的实船建造提供重要参考。本发明方法通过软件分析模拟轴支架的实船状态计算空间尺寸,可有效的取代现场平台实际调整过程,软件调整轴架状态方法简单,操作便捷,比平台实物调整相比,效率大幅提升,有效的节省人力、物力及起吊资源。
