The invention discloses a steel rail crawling detection system and method based on stereoscopic vision, the system comprises a small rail car and an observation pile, and the small rail car carries a laser sensor, a binocular camera and a main control device; the observation pile is mounted at a preset position on the outer side of the steel rail as a reference; a mark point is arranged on the observation pile; wherein the laser sensor detects the end position of the marker line on the steel rail; the binocular camera collects a mark point image on the observation pile and sends the mark point image to the main control device; a stereoscopic vision measurement module is loaded in the main control device, spatial position information of the steel rail relative to the observation piles is obtained through calculation based on a binocular vision measurement method, and steel rail creeping amount information is obtained by measuring the spatial position information of the same observation pile for two adjacent times. The steel rail creeping displacement is automatically measured through the small rail car and the stereoscopic vision technology, movable detection can be carried out, rapid and accurate measurement can be conveniently carried out on whole-road large-range steel rail creeping, errors are reduced, and meanwhile safety risks are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于立体视觉的钢轨爬行检测系统及方法,系统包括:轨道小车和观察桩,轨道小车搭载有激光传感器、双目相机和主控装置;观察桩作为基准安装于钢轨外侧的预设位置处;观察桩上设置有标志点;其中:激光传感器检测到钢轨上标志线的结束位置时;双目相机采集观察桩上的标志点图像并发送至主控装置;主控装置中加载有立体视觉测量模块,基于双目视觉测量方法计算得到钢轨相对于观察桩的空间位置信息,并利用相邻两次测量同一观察桩的空间位置信息获取钢轨爬行量信息。本发明通过轨道小车和立体视觉技术自动测量钢轨爬行位移,并可进行移动式检测,便于对全路大范围钢轨爬行进行快速精准测量,减少误差的同时也降低了安全风险。
