The invention provides a charging and discharging system, a vehicle and a charging and discharging method. The charging and discharging system comprises an AC/DC multiplexing charging port which comprises a first multiplexing terminal, a second multiplexing terminal, a connection confirmation terminal, a grounding terminal and a detection resistor arranged between the connection confirmation terminal and the grounding terminal; the high-voltage power battery is electrically connected with the alternating-current and direct-current multiplexing charging port in a cuttable manner; the vehicle-mounted charger comprises an alternating-current side and a direct-current side, the direct-current side is electrically connected with the high-voltage power battery, and the alternating-current side is electrically connected with the alternating-current and direct-current multiplexing charging port in a cuttable manner; the charging and discharging system is configured to determine a charging and discharging mode by detecting the resistance value of the detection resistor; in the direct-current charging mode, the first multiplexing terminal acts as a direct-current positive terminal, the second multiplexing terminal acts as a direct-current negative terminal, and the alternating-current and direct-current multiplexing charging port is configured to charge the high-voltage power battery from the direct-current power supply device; in the alternating current charging mode, the first multiplexing terminal acts as an alternating current terminal, the second multiplexing terminal acts as a neutral line terminal, and the alternating current and direct current multiplexing charging port charges a vehicle-mounted charger from an alternating current power supply device; and in the alternating current discharging mode, the first multiplexing terminal acts as an alternating current terminal, the second multiplexing terminal acts as a neutral line terminal, and the vehicle-mounted charger outputs alternating current through the alternating current and direct current multiplexing charging port.
