The underwater robot joint comprises a joint body and a pressure compensation assembly, the joint body is provided with a joint shell, an oil inlet hole is formed in the first end face of the joint shell, an oil outlet hole and an oil through hole are formed in the second end face of the joint shell, and the pressure compensation assembly is arranged on the second end face of the joint shell. The pressure compensation assembly communicates with the internal space of the joint body through the oil through hole and is used for balancing the internal pressure and the external pressure of the joint body. The robot comprises the underwater robot joint. According to the underwater robot joint, the overall weight of the robot joint is reduced, the viscous resistance borne by the robot joint in deep sea is reduced, and the working efficiency of a mechanical arm is improved.
