The invention discloses a cooperative control method for heavy-load group train power supply equipment, which comprises the following steps: acquiring power supply data information of each power supply equipment, estimating a charge state value, and determining local state observation information; performing feature extraction on the local state observation information by a state encoder based on a collaborative scaling factor to obtain local state feature information, and inputting the local state feature information into a corresponding device-level controller to obtain mapping between actions; a final control instruction is obtained through smoothing by adopting an amplitude-limiting double-exponential smoothing security strategy and then output to corresponding power supply equipment, the device-level controller realizes interaction, voltage stabilization and power cooperative control of the device-level controller are taken as targets, a dynamic cooperative scale factor error function and a dynamic voltage error function are established, and the dynamic voltage error function is calculated. A two-stage reward function is adopted to obtain reward feedback; and calculating a loss function and a gradient according to reward feedback, and reversely optimizing and updating device-level controller parameters. According to the method, multi-power-supply-device cooperative control of the heavy-load freight train can be considered under the condition that the control instruction safety is considered.

    本发明公开了一种重载群组列车供电设备的协同控制方法,包括:获取各供电设备的供电数据信息,估计荷电状态值,确定局部状态观测信息;基于协同比例因子的状态编码器对局部状态观测信息进行特征提取得到局部状态特征信息,输入对应的装置级控制器中得到动作间的映射;采用限幅双指数平滑安全策略进行平滑得到最终控制指令进而输出至对应供电设备、装置级控制器实现交互,将装置级控制器的稳压和功率协同控制作为目标,建立动态协同比例因子误差函数与动态电压误差函数,并采用两阶段奖励函数得到奖励反馈;根据奖励反馈计算损失函数与梯度,反向优化更新装置级控制器参数。所述方法能够考虑控制指令安全性下的重载货运列车多供电设备协同控制。
