The method comprises the following steps: receiving first unmanned vehicle data reported by a first unmanned vehicle at a road intersection and second unmanned vehicle data reported by a second unmanned vehicle at the road intersection; according to the first unmanned vehicle data, the second unmanned vehicle data and the map data, the collision risk of the first unmanned vehicle and the second unmanned vehicle is determined, the first unmanned vehicle and the second unmanned vehicle are unmanned vehicles with the same driving target direction, one unmanned vehicle is a straight-going unmanned vehicle, and the other unmanned vehicle is a right-turning unmanned vehicle; and determining a cooperative driving strategy of the first unmanned vehicle and the second unmanned vehicle based on the collision risk. According to the invention, the maneuverability of multi-vehicle driving scheduling is improved, and the traffic efficiency of the intersection is further improved.
