    本发明公开了一种高速公路改扩建路段OD推算方法、装置及设备,路段OD包括域内型车流OD、发送型车流OD、到达型车流OD和途经型车流OD,所述途经型车流OD的推算方法包括:从改扩建路段所在省份的收费站数据库中,提取车流驶入和驶出的收费站均不在改扩建路段上的交通数据;对所述车流驶入和驶出的收费站均不在改扩建路段上的交通数据进行处理,得到改扩建路段中每个断面的断面交通量;将每个断面的断面交通量输入分配系数拆分模型,得到改扩建路段中途经型车流的初始OD;将所述途经型车流的初始OD输入OD反演模型中进行迭代,得到所述途经型车流OD。本发明的目的在于解决难以实时地、准确地生成高速公路改扩建路段OD的问题。
