The invention provides a coating method of a floating regasification device. The coating method comprises a segmentation stage and a closure stage, in the sectioning stage, two pieces of glass flake paint are sprayed in a coating shed to form a coating, and wide non-sprayed areas are reserved on the two sides of a closure joint to serve as reserved areas. And in the folding stage, seams between the sections are welded to form welding seams, then sand washing is conducted on reserved areas on the two sides of the welding seams, napping is conducted on sprayed areas adjacent to the reserved areas, and then corresponding coatings are sprayed and repaired on the reserved areas and the napping areas to reach the specified film thickness. According to the coating method, by adjusting the construction stage of the glass flake paint, the construction proportion of the glass flake paint in the coating workshop with the controllable construction environment is increased, meanwhile, due to the fact that the wood joists press the areas which cannot be constructed in the segmented stage, the positions of the original wood joists can be staggered after large folding, and the design defect that the wood joists of a slipway need to be moved due to overall construction is overcome; and the reduction of the quality of the coating at the paint lap joint of the large closure seam is avoided.

    本发明提供一种浮式再气化装置的涂装方法,包括分段阶段及合拢阶段;在分段阶段,在涂装棚内将两道玻璃鳞片漆喷涂完毕形成涂层,并于合拢接缝两侧预留较宽的未喷涂区域作为预留区域。在合拢阶段,将分段之间的接缝进行焊接形成焊缝,然后将焊缝两侧的预留区域进行冲砂,对于预留区域相邻的已喷涂区域进行拉毛,然后在预留区域及拉毛区域喷涂修补相应的涂层至规定的膜厚。该涂装方法通过调整玻璃鳞片漆的施工阶段,增大玻璃鳞片漆在施工环境可控的涂装厂房内施工比例,同时因为分段阶段楞木压住无法施工的区域,可以在大合拢后错开原楞木位置避免了因整体施工需要船台移楞的设计缺陷,避免了大合拢缝处油漆搭接处涂层质量的下降。
