The invention relates to a passenger car heterogeneous profile embedded hollow structure die-casting auxiliary frame and a manufacturing process thereof. Two groups of annular penetrating type hollow structures are arranged at the positions of an upper cross beam and a lower cross beam of the auxiliary frame; the heterogeneous profile is mechanically combined with the die casting; the auxiliary frame outer frame area is designed to be of a double-I-shaped structure. A reinforcing rib structure is designed in the I-shaped area of the auxiliary frame, and a 1-degree draft angle is set; the method comprises the following steps: placing a hollow-structure heterogeneous profile in a positioning area of an inner cavity of a mold, sliding a movable mold, closing the mold, pouring according to set process parameters, injecting molten alloy into the inner cavity of the mold, and adopting a high-vacuum die-casting form; an annular hollow structure is formed in the auxiliary frame of the die-casting process by means of an annular heterogeneous profile embedding form; the embedded heterogeneous profile is positioned by means of bending, and is tightly attached and fixed to the auxiliary frame in the die-casting process; the overall rigidity of the auxiliary frame is improved, and the gain effects of reducing the weight and improving the rigidity of a die-casting auxiliary frame product are achieved.

    本发明涉及一种乘用车异质型材镶嵌中空结构压铸副车架及其制造工艺,在副车架上下横梁位置,设置两组环形贯穿式中空结构;异质型材与压铸件机械式结合;副车架外框区域,设计为双工字型结构;在副车架工字型区域设计加强筋结构,并设置1°拔模角度;将空心结构异质型材置于模具内腔定位区域,然后动模滑动、合模,按设定工艺参数进行浇注,将熔化合金注入模具内腔,采用高真空压铸形式;借助环形异质型材镶嵌的形式,在压铸工艺副车架内部形成环形中空结构;镶嵌异质型材借助弯曲定位,同压铸工艺副车架紧密贴合并固定;本发明提高了副车架的整体刚度,达到压铸副车架产品减重与刚度提升的增益效果。
